Anodising

We have a fully automated treatment line capable of producing a wide variety of anodised coatings and finishes. This treatment offers excellent corrosion resistance for structural components and a wide variety of decorative finishes and dyed coatings for components that require a high visual appeal. We can accommodate part sizes of up to 1300 x 500 x 800 and a maximum load weight of 150kg.

A colour matching service is available on request.

Powder Coating

At Hymec we offer a variety of powder coating finishes with bespoke colour matches available on request. Working in conjunction with our automated treatment line, we are able to offer aerospace standard pre-treatment processes for aluminium and steel alike, improving the corrosion-resistant properties and overall quality of powder coated components. Existing paints and powder finishes can be stripped in house, improving turnaround times for re-treatments, up-issues and restorations.

Wet Spray

We offer a wide range of wet sprayed paint finishes for corrosion resistance and decorative purposes. The paint is applied in a thinner layer in comparison to powder coating, an advantage for lightweight and precision components. Though not as durable as powder coating, wet spraying offers a wider selection of colours, tones and gloss levels, making colour matching more accurate.
