CNC Turning

Detailed components such as electric motor housings and splines for gearboxes are produced on our turning machines. Each have 4 Axis turrets included which enable the scanning of complex features. The turrets also cut down production times and minimise costs as one machine can run multiple jobs simultaneously.

The Hymec Plymouth facility currently houses 14 turning machines running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with a 100,000 hours of turning capacity. We are able to accommodate a maximum working diameter of 600mm x 200mm.
